Vaultlog is a manual-entry options trade journal. You type the trade in yourself. The free app works on iPhone, Android, and the web at app.vaultlog.site.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is enough to keep the journal. You can log shares, calls, puts, spreads, covered calls, and cash-secured puts, see a color-coded profit-and-loss calendar, set goals and trading rules, import a broker CSV, and turn on App Lock.
Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. The in-app purchase is named Vaultlog Pro Unlock and the price is $9.99. You buy it once in the App Store or Google Play. It does not renew, and Vaultlog does not show ads.
Pro adds the rest of the picture:
- Full stats: P/L, win rate, average win and loss, streaks, and R-multiple
- An equity curve
- Open any calendar day to see that day's trades
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly P/L charts
- Ticker search
- More than one journal, plus a combined overview
- Deposits, withdrawals, and balance tracking
- CSV export
Is there a web version?
Yes. The full journal is at app.vaultlog.site and works in any browser. Log in with the same account you use in the phone app. Your journals and trades sync both ways.
Pro can't be bought on the web. Buy it in the iPhone or Android app, and it unlocks on the web automatically. App Lock is only in the phone app.
Can I import a broker CSV?
Yes. Vaultlog does not connect to a brokerage, and it does not pull trades on its own. You export a CSV from the broker, then import that file in the app.
The importer knows Robinhood, Webull, and Schwab / thinkorswim, and it can take another CSV when the columns don't match those. The file is read on your device. Only the trades that come out of the file are saved, the same way as trades you type in. If you save a column layout, that stays on the device.
What is App Lock?
App Lock is part of the free app. It asks for a PIN, or for Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint, before the journal opens.
A PIN you set is kept in secure storage on the device. Biometrics stay with the phone's operating system. Vaultlog never receives your fingerprint or face data.
How do I restore a purchase?
Pro is paid through Apple or Google, so the receipt stays on that store account. On the Pro paywall, use Restore Purchase. The app checks the receipt with the store and unlocks Pro on the Vaultlog account you're signed into.
That's the step after a reinstall, or when you sign in on another phone with the same Apple or Google account. Deleting a Vaultlog account does not refund the store purchase. You can restore it onto a new Vaultlog account from the paywall.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is in Settings. In the app: Home → Settings (gear icon) → Account → Delete Account. Confirm twice. On the web, it's at the bottom of Settings.
That permanently deletes the account and the data stored with it: journals, trades, tags, goals, rules, deposits and withdrawals, and Pro status. You are signed out. It does not cancel or refund the App Store or Google Play purchase.
If you can't open the app, email team@vaultlog.site from the address on the account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request." The account and its data are deleted within 30 days. The privacy policy has the full steps.
